About Hope Charity International
HopeCity Charity International is a non-profit organization registered Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission with the Registration No 85764, established in 2016 and has been dedicated to transforming lives by empowering the less privileged. We believe in bridging gaps that create inequality and providing opportunities for children, youths, and women to thrive. Through education, mentorship, and community development, we strive to turn the helpless into helpers.
Our vision
To create equality by empowering the helpless to stand on their own, so they, in turn, can uplift others. We aim to build a generation with fewer disadvantaged individuals, fostering a world where opportunities are accessible to all.

Justification
Bonny being a peculiar town, I have noticed that many children roam around the streets after school and at the same time, performance at school is very poor. In my little experience at Finima girls during counseling session I discovered that many of the students need help intellectually, they say things like “they want God to help them understand what the teacher is teaching”. Discussing further with them, it was obvious that they were not necessarily dumb but issues of foundation, learning pattern, opportunity to study and in some cases teaching styles are the culprits of their predicament, it was this and other minor reasons that led to the birth of HopeCity Homework Centre.
How We Make a Difference.
- Establish homework centers and libraries
- Provide educational materials and scholarships
- Conduct skill acquisition programs for youths and women
- Organize women’s health and hygiene seminars
- Offer parental education and counseling
- Run community projects and collaborate with other organizations
- Induct volunteers for roles in teaching and mentorship
- Seek funding and donors to support our initiatives
